Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with our services, you are free to cancel your service(s) at any time. You will receive confirmation that your refund is being processed within 30 days of initiating the request. After receiving your request to cancel services, please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving the request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statements, depending on your credit card company.
